A very spacious studio with its own balcony facing south on a quiet street. You'll find a large, very comfortable double bed and a double sofa. The windows feature new BLACKOUT blackout blinds, curtains, and drapes.

The apartment features a fully equipped kitchenette with a table and chairs, a stovetop, an electric kettle, and a microwave. The bathroom with a shower also includes a hairdryer. Guests also have access to a washing machine, an iron with an ironing board, coffee, tea, sugar, and salt. High-quality bed linen and towels are provided.

The kitchenette with an electric cooktop is fully equipped. The rooms have recently undergone a complete renovation and are very comfortably furnished. A new, fast WiFi7 router has been connected by the internet provider, and you can easily log in to your Netflix or Prime Video account or use Chromecast on the Smart TV.

A communal washing machine is located in a separate room next door, and a fold-out clothes dryer is also available. Hot water is provided. Central heating is set to the optimal temperature in accordance with Polish Government and EU guidelines. Everything is provided for a pleasant and enjoyable stay.
