Staff at reception excellent and helpful and very welcoming and made for a pleasant stay, will certainly book again. Breakfast was basic but good though the hot plate food useually cold and reperative

Excellent hotel with great staff
An amazing stay at hotel Atrium. The hotel is very modern with lovely rooms. Staff could not do enough for you. Very close to the old town, will be booking up again to stay next year

The closeness to the main Kraków attractions were very close and that was my main objective. Also surprisingly there was an AC in the room that I was not expecting to have. That was a huge plus on a hot summer's day in Poland.

Overall excellent, the only couple of improvements I’d recommend are an additional coffee machine in the breakfast area, and a bit more choice of beers at the bar (only wheat beer available which is not to everyone’s taste).

Nice hotel
Very nice hotel in the centre of the Krakow. Friendly staff , good breakfast . On the downside is hotel’s car park. Paid 80 polish zlotych per day . I think that’s too much . We were lucky to find the municipality car park just outside of the hotel and paid only 40 .

Not recommended: nothing like pix & no masking
Very basic, tiny rooms with no relation to photos online and no one wearing masks despite heightened national covid requirements. Mini bathroom, with hair dryer yay. Only 1 bottle of water provided during 4 night stay. No food at night. Thankfully moved from twin room, with dilapidated beds and old, used linens to single bed in postage sized room. Nowhere to put suitcase, though appreciate coat hooks. Loud, can hear anyone waking by.

Great breakfast. Hotel services to book tours is convenient and eaay. Definitely use hotel to book tours to Auschwitz, as tours fill quickly and ithe price is good. Friendky and helpful staff.

Beautiful hotel, excellent location. Receptionist (Beata) very helpful in checking and with any enquiries we had. We booked our airport transfers and a trip to Auchwitz through the hotel. Room decor and cleanliness exceptional. Would def recommend and stay again.

Nice hotel but.......
Hotel was very nice unfortunately let down by a badly run bar . Stayed for 4 nights they ran out of Baileys on the 1st night , then ran out of beer on the 2 nd night . Staff had no idea when supply would be resumed - it certainly wasn’t whilst we were there .

Rooms And the public areas clean with good facilities. Breakfast was a bit slow due to the toaster not working correctly and the fried and scrambled eggs were left out a little bit too long and went cold.

So the sun woke me up before 5 a.m. :-( The skylight was great for letting the hot air out of the room the night before though. It just needs a better shade. Staff very helpful and friendly, good selection at breakfast, rooms, public areas were all spotless. A good place to stay within 10 minutes walk of the old town, 5 minutes from trams, and 10 minutes from Glowny Railway Station. Enjoyed our stay, and would definitely recommend the Hotel Atrium to friends.

The hotel is well located and the staff are friendly. We enjoyed the breakfast offerings and had drinks in the lounge- a popular spot with the guests. We booked a taxi for the return journey to the airport and were shocked to find out the driver wanted 100 zlotis when our journey into town was only 29. I would recommend the hotel but book your own taxi back to the airport.
