"While the hotel is in a slightly out-of-the-way place (although literally across the plaza from one of the main shopping malls in Krakow), the hotel itself was the nicest hotel I stayed at in my three week trip to Poland. Highly recommend and I will certainly be staying here on my next trip to Krakow!"

"The rooms were clean and the staff were helpful and were able to orient me in the city. The garden area near the lobby was pretty nice, but the rooms were stylish, clean, and comfortable. I did hear a little bit from the tram that was directly under my room, but it was overall a very nice hotel. I would stay there again if I were in Krakow."

"I wish I never had to leave this amazing hotel and city! The entire staff at this hotel was so kind and lovely; helping me before I even got there with booking day trips and car service from the airport. They helped with my lost luggage and countless other questions I had. The breakfast was yummy and the staff there was so efficient, making sure everything was fresh and delicious. The location is ideal--so easy to get around and so close to Old Town Square and Cloth Market. Thank you to everyone there for making my stay perfect!"

"Wasn't sure what to expect with this hotel when we booked but we need not have worried - Staff were very helpful and friendly throughout the hotel. Made use of the sauna while there and that was very clean and fresh smelling. Very close to the main train station and within walking distance to the square and main attractions. Would definitely stay here again if ever visiting Krakow."
