The room was not the room that was I paid for. No elevator- Ac did not get cold in the bed room - I called day 1 and it was not addressed until the last day of my trip - I was told that they would take 75 dollars off of the total price… it didn’t happen.
Expedia please do better. I asked the staff why my room was not the room that I paid for and was told. “ I don’t know e sure to bring it to Expedia attention “…. Exactly customer service..

.The staff is nice, the rooms are clean, and it's a very quiet place. The only issue for me is that some of the furniture is starting to look old. Other than that, this has been the place where we have stayed for the last six years, visiting two to three times a year.
