Die Unterkunft war ruhig gelegen aber doch noch zentral um mit einem Roller alles zu erreichen! Die Bungalows sind einfach und zweckmäßig eingerichtet und sauber! Täglich neue Handtücher und Reinigung! Ausgesprochen freundliche Hilfsbereite und liebenswerte Gastgeber!! Kleiner Pool in der Anlage sauber !

Wanna and the staff really took care of us when we were there!!! they have tuk tuk and shuttle services to aonang beach and back and will also help arrange transport if you need to other parts of krabi. The food served at the villa is also 10/10 would definitely recommend. They do daily room cleaning and stock up water and other supplies you would need too Towels and mats are also provided for you to bring along to the beach. They are very friendly and helpful and will always ensure that you are enjoying your stay in krabi and the villa! would definitely return when i’m back in krabi again!

Customer Satisfaction at its best!

Comprehensive Review: The Villa is so good but staff led by Sand is 10/10! - Villa 10/10 - Food 10/10 - Staff 10/10 - Free shuttle to Ao Nang throughout the day Sand is just wonderfull, she has connections throughout entire Thailand. And she is one stop shop everything you need to do as a tourist. She had us picked up from Villa to all the tourist things we wanted to do. If you buy tourist activities alone, you have to go to them and arrange separate transport. But with Sand , she has arranged this for you. The food is excellent and it’s right in the villa. If needed this can be bought to your room. The customer service was good that we came back to Villa. It’s sad to say bye to Sand and team. However, we will be back. Thank you so much for all your help Sand! We love you Amit & Bianca

Sand, the manager was a passionate host who took care and pride in making sure we took full advantage of all Krabi had to offer. She makes dinner reservations and helps plan outings, upon request. We stayed 4 days and left today. I travelled with my teenager and would recommend Pinthong for families, couples and solo travelers. Also great was the free ride to and from the beach which was about 5-8 minutes away. A true bargain. I noticed many of the hotels i looked at that boasted a great location for a higher price were very close to the villa. Save your money and get more space for your buck. WiFi was strong. Thank you again Sand-we appreciate you.

Sehr schöne Atmosphäre, sauber und ruhige Lage.

Sehr nette und Liebe volle Familie unternehme. Kostenlos und unkompliziert Transport von Villa bis zum Strand hin und zurück und sogar Transport nach Airport ist free. Jeden tag frische Wasser, Handtücher bekommen. Very friendly staff with passable, but not great, English. Nice villa's around a modest pool. A little hidden, and quiet. You can rent scooters to visit the beaches. The Wi-Fi is a little limited though, sometimes fast, sometimes slow.

Heaven on earth!!!

Amazing stay, didn’t want to leave. Fantastic value for the money, lots of space. Sand and the team treat you like family, and take care of everything from tours to taxis for less than what is charged elsewhere. We will come back to Krabi just to stay at this hotel-the area is stunningly beautiful as well.

Highly Recommend!

We visited here during the first week in April 2018. The service was the best service I have ever received on any trip. Wanna was beyond fantastic. She spoke fantastic English and was so sweet and accommodating. She made sure to take care of us. We booked two tours through her and received the best possible price. Although the villas were a couple of miles from town, free shuttles were provided and were very accommodating. The villas were great and provided us with a quiet environment which is just what we needed after Phi Phi. We also had a free shuttle from the ferry. My kids are 14, 11, and 8 and the pool was actually perfect for them. The villas were nice, clean, and large enough for my family. My husband said we will definitely be coming back to stay here again. I highly recommend a stay here!

Les avantages sont la propreté des chalets et le service de nettoyage de la chambre. Les inconvénients sont le manque de professionnalisme et le caractère tout simplement insupportable d'une partie de l'équipe qui gère les lieux. La piscine est plus petite que sur les photos et son eau beaucoup trop chloré Les environs sales et peu rassurants. ( prévoir une location de scooter car très loin de toutes commodités ) Le petit déjeuner de très mauvaise qualité ( peu de choix et mauvaise qualité des produits ) Mauvaise connexion internet comme pratiquement partout en Thaïlande Une équipe qui exige de vous de laisser que de bons commentaires ( assez hallucinant mais véridique )

We loved our stay, couldn't have been better!!!! Thank you so much for everything. You won't find a better place!! Grounds were beautiful, 24 hr pool, food from restaurant (ordered on site) was great, staff welcomed & treated you like family, free transfers and laundry on site.

Best place to end my trip to Thailand

We found this little gem after being in a very small hotel room as two adults and a 17 year old. I saw to bedrooms and new this is where we needed to be. From the minute we arrived until the minute we departed which was 6 nights they treated us like we were family and had known us all our lives. The customer service at this company has is top notch and they should be giving lessons to others on how to treat guests. They offered free shuttles to the beach and back several times a day or you could just message them and they would come to get you. The beds in our villa were so comfy and the best sleep we had since being in Thailand. Being able to sit on the patio every day no matter the time. Having a wonderful pool just steps from the front door. We didn't end up using the BBQ but the group next door did. The staff came and set it up right outside their villa and got it going for them. I can not say enough great things about this property. I would recommend to my clients to go here if they are in the area. Thank you Wanna and family (staff) for always making us feel like home. I can not wait to return here one day to see you. If you ever decided to come to Canada please be sure to look me up.
