Friendly staff to meet us on arrival. Location just off the main road is quiet which we liked however the villa itself is run down and in need of an overhaul. Shower heads need replacing as they are blocked with lime scale. General touch ups around the property and pool area also as it looks unkept. We had no running water for the last 24 hours of our stay and it was difficult to get in contact with anyone about it.

KG Hotel - Need update !

Location is OK with only 2 km approx from Ao Nang beach. Easy with scooter access. All outdoor furniture needs replacement. Stairs and steps to go to the outdoor patio are falling apart and very dangerous. BBQ was in very bad shape condition. Pool OK. Kitchen: They need to invest in some pots for cooking and pans. Shower OK. Curtains falling... so in general, this place pictures have some photoshop because the place need DIY.

Villa surrounding was secluded. Difficult to get grab as there is no address to the Villa. Luckily the is a hotel across the road where we can eat. If not you will only have the 7-11 outside. There is a massive black out a few hours before we check out to sum up our holiday.

Lala was so welcoming and provide us welcome drinks with fruits. So nice of him. The property quite good but the accessibility to go out from the villa is a bit further out compare to what we imagined. We dont dare to go behind of the house to wash or dry our clothes as there is alot of spiders and webs. Too many insects outside of the house like mosquitoes, flies and others so we need to close the door at all times. Overall, cleanliness of the house is very very good. Daily housekeeping is good too. The housekeeper very friendly although they cant really speak English but they will contact Lala directly to talk to us. Everything else is good. Thank you Lala for having us to stay in your beautiful villa!

A Quiet property away from the main road but close enough to everything you would need, including shopping centres, restaurants and tuk Tuks to take you to the beach if you don’t want to walk. The property manager is very helpful with any queries or concerns. A private pool is a luxury.

Family getaway

My third time in Krabi only this time with my whole family. The villa had everything, nice interior. They even had 2 big floats in the pool. My kids really had fun.Walking out to main road takes merely 10mins. Thanks for the beautiful experience.
