Just what you need in a good location

Close to everything but still away from the huzle of main Ao Nang. Close to the best massage in Ao Nang. A small pool still enough to cool you down after beach. The room it self is simple(just what I like) but can be noisy if you're neighbour's are. I prefer guesthouses like this over resorts any day.

10-15 min to beach nice location .friendly staff beds are not so comfortable. The internet on our desk is not so good.basix breakfast no bad .we asked to change the room because it smells like a closet in the room.then at the bottom of the basement -3.and we have arrived early to inform that we can not have the day to change.in the room that we called the image represented but it has other room pictures. but from the moment he smelled the room incredibly. Won’t come back

After several pleasent stays in Chiang Mei with amazing customer service it was a rude awakening arriving here. The hotel lobbyist was on the cell phone and seemed annoyed to have to check us in. Outside of walking us to the room no other information was given nor the breakfast hours provided. The room was plenty spacious however the balcony doors were open which left the room full of mosquitos. Spend a good 30-45 minutes in a epic war with them. We had paid the extra dollars for breakfast included meal which we regret and were better spent on local street food. The breakfast was buffet status and the food was put out with burners that were never on unless you complained the food was cold. The options varied from day to day however it was cold everyday. Staple items on the menu were toast, fruit, cereal, yogurt, soup (varied), rice, scrambled eggs, hot dogs and ham. On our stay we saw pancakes, French toast and nicked meat with vegetables which were not available everyday. On the same street off the hotel there was construction on a hotel underway. Across the block is a huge condo development underway and it began very early daily - it could be heard from our room. We opted to walk everywhere during our stay. There is a big path if you exit via the front of the hotel which had a long dark stretch. On this stretch you will find mountains of litter which has been left and seems like it isn’t on anyone’s agenda to dispose of properly. The road the hotel is on has heavy traffic

Bon sejour!

Séjour top! Nous avions opté pour une chambre deluxe et avons eu l'agréable surprise d'avoir la seule chambre donnant un accès direct dans la piscine. Génial! La chambre était très grande. Les draps, la couette et les housses de coussins ont été changés durant le séjour, chose rare. L'hôtel se situe à proximité du centre, en bord de plage. Points à améliorer: la salle de bain pas mega propre et le petit déjeuner pas terrible

Helt klart nöjda

Vi va helt säkra att vi hade bokat ett rum med balkong men så fick vi inte de vilket var lite synd. Hotellrummet va stort annars och bra i sin enkelhet, lite fläckar bara o insekter på väggarna som lätt hade kunnat torkas av innan vi kom dit. Ingen tvål till handfatet på toan men såg sedan att de satt fast en på väggen inne i duschen så man fick gå in dit o hämta tvål för o tvätta händerna. Hotellet hade jättefin utsikt mot grönområden, låg lite smyglångt från stranden o ”city” men absoult gångavstånd, men ibland efter man tagit några öl och en stor måltid kändes det lite motigt att gå hela den biten. Städat varje dag. Vi är absolut nöjda med hela vistelsen!

perfect! I just used the hotel to sleep to be fair. It was comfortable, Had an amazing view to sunset! quiet place, good housekeeping, shower was the best in Thailand. I had a perfect time in Ao Nang! Staff are helpful and friendly. But don't rent a bike with the company they have partnership as they want to hold your passport. Rented in a another place.

Excellent room, poor staff

The room is extremely clean and comfortable. Air con perfect. Short walk to Ao Nang beach, 15 mins or so but it is at the top of a small hill. Staff were not friendly at all, less than accommodating. Thankfully we didn't have much reason to contact them.

We had a great time in Krabie and this hotel was in a great location. The beaches are very close and so is the Long Boat Terminal.

Ok för enstaka nätter.

Vi skulle endast sova en natt innan vi skulle flyga hem. Hotellet ligger ca 10 min från shoppingen vilket inte gjorde oss nått. Hotellet saknar hiss och ingen bärhjälp kan man få då har man svårt att bära tunga väskor i trapporna så ska man ta ett annat hotell. När vi kom var fönstrena i rummet öppna så det hade kommit in kusar och ödlor vi inte kunde få ut. Rummen är spartanska men rena och är helt ok för enstaka övernattningar.

Good location

Our stay at Ben's house was okay. The receptionist handling our check-in was very friendly, but another receptionist handling our check-out was showing quite an unhappy face and wasn't interested in doing her work. Other than that, our stay was quite okay. Hotel room was clean but a little old and the safe was provided in the room. Simple selection of western style breakfast was provided and tasted not bad. One great thing we really appreciated was the location of the Ben's house - a short ride on bike to Ao Nang beach just a stone's throw from Massage Corner, a really good massage centre that we visited twice during our visit to Ao Nang!

Smelled like mold but room was big and clean.

The hotel was ok.. not great. It smelled like mold like most hotels in the south and had a pretty bad view. It was located about 15-20 min walk from the main beach. Nothing special but not bad.

Value for money

Fantastic for the amount it cost us. Air con was good and the shower was nice and hot. Lots of the channels and the wifi was fast. Bed was comfy and sheets and towels were changed often.
