Was nice for a family trip. Will stay again if needed. Has limited facilities like restaurant or breakfast option but overall it was peaceful and good hotel for stopover after or before flight from krabi.

Fine hotel outside Krabi. The room was good, lots of space. The pool area was fine. The breakfast was crap, we went to the shoppingmall nearby.

The staff at the reception can be a little more nice knowing the Thai culture how amazing it is, that was a bit disappointing. The cleaning ladies, however, were so amazing and super sweet.

Excellent

A really lovely room and hotel. We wanted a hotel away from the party area but still close by and whilst it’s a little way away, this was perfect for us. Anything you need is a short walk or a grab ride away. The pool is super welcomed too. The front desk staff are so helpful - thank you for everything you did for us.

The only downside to my stay at the B2 at Krabi was there was no hot water available in the shower or at the wash basin, other than that my 3 day stay was very comfortable, clean, quiet and enjoyable, I will definitely be staying at this hotel again, it's a decent distance away from the hustle and bustle of the coast and that suited me fine. The staff were first class.

This was a great little hotel for a stop before the Krabi airport. We stayed at a so called 5 star hotel before this one and I have to say - this hotel was better due to: 1. AC - we could manage the wall mounted AC with a remote 2. Beds were softer - you will find most beds in Thailand very firm. 3. It was quiet - our room was away from the street. 4. They have black out shades! :) 5. Bathroom: Toilet flushed, they provided soap and shampoo/conditioner combo. Towels for each person. 6. They have outlets that are easily accessible on each side of the bed. Bravo! 7. Check in and check out was really easy. 8. Hotel elevator was fast. 9. There is a super cheap mall with food and fun shopping just an 8 minute walk. Be careful though - no sidewalks.

Disappointed by Policy After Honest Booking Error

I booked this property very last minute—literally just a few hours before we were set to arrive. Unfortunately, I didn’t realize there was another hotel with the exact same name that’s separately owned and located just 10 minutes from Ao Nang Beach, which is the one I thought I was booking. When we arrived at that location to check in, we were told we had booked a different property entirely—this one, which is about 40 minutes away from Ao Nang. I explained the situation, including the fact that the reservation had just been made less than two hours prior, and that we were traveling with my partner and my dad. Proximity to the beach and local attractions was important to us, especially since we were relying on being within walking distance. Unfortunately, due to the cancellation policy, they refused to offer a refund for the two rooms—even though the booking was made just hours before our arrival and the mix-up was an honest mistake due to the duplicate property name. It was a frustrating experience, and I’d recommend double-checking the address and verifying the location if you’re booking under time pressure or on short notice.

No the rest of the building did, stayed for 5 days checked into this hotel because the bungalows in our last stay had not even warm showers. Or you had to walk across and use the shared bathrooms for the dorms. B2 had no hotwater for 5 days the warm stuff must have evaperated.

Door between to rum

There was a door between my rum and other hotel guest. I was sleeping which suddenly the other guest from the next rum opened the door and came to my room.I informed te reception and they said sorry sorry and locked the door again. I had paid for sveral days but check out day after.And when I asked for refund they said I must contact hotel.com. And still have not recived my money back.

Des taches sur les linges de lit et serviettes, moisissures dans la douche et j’en passe. Je précise que j’ai sélectionné une chambre « supérieur », Je ne m’attendais pas à cela pour une première fois à Krabi. J’ai payé pour avoir le petit déjeuné, une fois arrivé on nous annonce qu’il n’y a pas de buffet et on nous montre une carte limité avec quelques cafés et boissons lacté uniquement et quelques wraps encore congelé à l’intérieur. Bref, je déconseille
