今までで一番最悪だった
5年前からホテルドットコムを使 用し始めて80泊以上の宿泊を予約してきましたが今回ほどヒドイ所はなかった、一番最悪だった。数ヶ月前に予約したにも関わらずホテルのボスのミスで予約できていなかった、最初はミスを全く認めず、ボスの逆ギレでほかのホテルを勧めてきた。施設がよければ良いが、最悪だった。シャワーはチョロチョロだし部屋は汚く、ドアが斜めで隙間があり蚊が大量に入ってくる。何と言ってもボスの態度が最悪、結局最後まで謝罪の言葉は一度もなかった、今年もクラビーに行くが、私は絶対に泊まらない。私は許せなかった。
