"Staff were nice and tried to be helpful. Beach was public, so everyone can take the sun-beds and there were not too many. Rooms were smelling a lot of mold and humidity, you have to keep the ac on all the time, however the front desk manager tried her best and changed our room after we saw different ..."

"Hotel Riu was beautiful! From the moment we arrived the staff treated us like Royalty! Our baggage was unloaded from our transport and as soon as we walked into the hotel we were o presented with a glass of champagne which I thought was nice! Our room was clean,we didn’t have to wait to get our keys ..."
