The villa's exterior is a masterpiece of design, boasting an extensive and beautifully landscaped garden. The serene ambiance of the large pool area is further enhanced by its peaceful surroundings. Superior Villa 0135 is designed for both relaxation and entertainment. Show off your culinary skills with the built-in barbecue, perfect for al fresco dining, or find your personal oasis in the various nooks within the garden for ultimate relaxation.

The ground floor houses a double bedroom with direct pool access, fitted wardrobes, and an en suite shower. A twin room with an en suite shower is located on the mezzanine level, offering privacy and comfort. The first floor presents the master bedroom and another twin bedroom, each with wooden floors, private en suites, and French patio doors leading to a spacious balcony with stunning views of the gardens, pool, and golf course. The fifth bedroom, another double, is situated in the basement and also features an en suite WC/shower.
