Upon entering, you arrive in a spacious hallway with a separate toilet and an adjacent utility room with a washing machine and dryer.The bright and spacious living room is furnished with comfortable seating and a cozy gas fireplace, perfect for relaxing after a day outdoors. The open kitchen is fully equipped, including a Nespresso machine, combi microwave, cooktop, and dishwasher. Adjacent is a dining area for enjoyable meals together.From the living room, you have access to a balcony of approximately 8 m². On this floor, there is a bedroom with a double box spring bed (180x200 cm), along with a bathroom with walk-in shower and washbasin.There are also two additional bedrooms, each with two single box spring beds (90x200 cm).The spacious rooftop terrace of approximately 42 m² offers plenty of space for sunbathing and enjoying the outdoors.The apartment includes a private storage room and a private parking space with charging station (NewMotion).
