- Welcome to The Sea Side House — a beautifully renovated, semi-detached 18th-century stone home set directly on the waterfront of Kotor Bay. The part of the home shown in the listing photos is reserved exclusively for you, with your own private entrance, three levels of living space, and a spacious seafront terrace just above the water.
Inside, the home is arranged across three floors for comfort and privacy.
The ground floor features a fully equipped kitchen, dining area and a cozy living corner.
The first floor includes one bedroom and a separate bathroom.
The top floor offers two additional bedrooms, a second bathroom, and a small utility cabinet with a washer, dryer, and extra towels prepared for your stay.
