Close to shops, seafront quiet cafes. Kotor 6 mins by car. Tivat 10 mins by car. Budva 20 mins by car. Dubrovnik 1.5 hrs by car. Access to mountain behind the house and nearby. Great walks and fishing area. Mussells grow on the Punta edge.
