"We arrived at 5:15 and there wasn’t anyone to check us in. The property description said the reception would be staffed. We had the get a construction worker to call the number that was on the door. The property was under construction. It was very noisy when we arrived. The rooftop terrace was not finished. The rooms had very basic amenities. IntercityHotel Hamburg-Barmbek

10/10 Excellent

"Well situated, clean room, staff nice"

H+ Hotel Lübeck

10/10 Excellent

"The whole experience staying at this hotel was wonderful. My German isn’t very good but I always feel you should try to speak the language of the country you are staying in. The reception staff were friendly and welcoming and very professional and patient with my attempts to converse in German. The room was excellent for the price and the breakfast was more than sufficient with excellent choices. I would recommend staying at this hotel."
