Great place, great staff, everyone very friendly and helpful. They packed breakfast and lunches for us when we couldn't make the times or were out and generally helped. However, it is a distance from the town so guided tours often charge extra for the 30min to pick you up. On the other hand, its only 10 min from the Santubong Mountain trek (about 3hrs to peak one way with 2 waterfalls on the way). Great food and even better unique cocktails from the Cambodian mixologist (forgotten his name...

We picked this hotel to stay in after a two day homestay experience and needed to be near the airport. It was easy to find - we caught a bus, and very convenient. It is a modern hotel with large rooms. The rates were very reasonable. The hotel is positioned joined onto a shopping mall so you can get whatever you need very easily. My husband had a swim in the pool and said it was good. We had a drink at the bar and found the staff to be very friendly. The only problem we had was trying to cross...

This is a lovely hotel. A good feeling from the moment you step in the door and greeted by friendly staff. We arrived on 26 May, stayed 5 days and wished for longer!

Staff were very attentive and you were looked after always. Clean and spacious rooms. Only comment is the pool is to cold and the laundry price was very expensive.

Probably the only place in Kuching with such levels of amenities for the family. Connected by a cross over bridge to The Spring shopping centre for convenience. Highly recommended.

The Lime Tree Hotel is located on the edge of the quite small CBD. It has four floors of rooms in a smart modern building and a bar with a view on floor five. The room I had was modest but comfortable. The place is well-kept, and the staff were both relaxed and friendly. Reasonably priced airport pick-up and all the help I needed getting to paces, early check-in, whatever. Simple but varied breakfast in café downstairs although this was otherwise mostly closed for the Hari Raya holidays.
