Great place to stay in Kota Kinabalu

Great place to stay with nice pool and good breakfast. Bell sound of the elevator in the hall close to our room was the only thing up for improvement.

Breakfast buffet items get changed every few days or so, that way it's not always the same food to pick from, which is nice. We had a minor issue with our room and the hotel offered us a different room late one night. Very good hospitality!

Best hotel to start the year 2024! The service was great. The staff were super polite and friendly. The room was vast and I added with a rollaway bed without any issues - still very spacious. There’s free breakfast too. Near shopping complex just this one focused more on electronic products. Not something tourists will want to buy. Haha. Overall, I will stay in this hotel again. ❤️

Surely will stay in this hotel again. The room is clean & comfy. The staffs are friendly & helpful too. Breakfast can be improve and services are good anyway. Kids enjoy the pool and nothing that we need to complaint about. Keep up the good services!

Only spent one night but I found this hotel very good. They wanted to upgrade us to their best room, but gave a weird look when we requested twin beds. That gave me a chuckle. This hotel would be one of my top choices to stay.

Trots att vi kom 14:30, alltså 30 min efter incheckningen så var vårat rum inte färdigt. Rummet var stort och sängen skön. Netflix på tvn är ett stort plus. Gymmet var också okej. Saknade dock av. Löpbandet var dock inte plant. Poolen var avstängd Annars ett fint hotell Okej frukost

숙박장소에 개의치않는 여행 동행자가 우겨서 예약을 하긴 했지만 진짜 최악의 방 일단 제가 숙박한 방은 지하였는데 에어컨을 완전 추울 정도로 틀지 않으면 냄새 때문에 잠을 잘 수가 없었구요. 공사를 하는지 아침에는 소음때문에 자동 기상했어요 방에서는 와이파이 터지지도 않고 심지어 캐리어 쌀때 큰 바퀴벌레가 나왔는데 늦게 여자직원 두명이 빗자루와 쓰레받이 들고 와서 제 가방과 짐 발로 차면서 웃으면서 잡은 후에 미안하다는 말도 없이 나갔습니다. 체크아웃하는 날 캐리어와 백팩을 맡겼는데 직원 실수로 바닥에 내동댕이... 아무도 떨어진 가방을 줍거나 캐리어를 세울 생각을 안해서 제가 화가 나서 쳐다보니 역시 미안하다는 말도 없이 괜찮다고 하더군요 뭐가 괜찮다는건지.... 코타키나발루에 호텔은 저렴하니 첫날 늦게 도착하셔도 괜찮은 호텔로 가세요 ㅜㅜ
