Clean and centrally located Borneotel offers easy access to shopping and dining. Situated opposite the Filipino Handicraft market, it boasts efficient and friendly staff.

During a big fire on the 5th floor, we discovered that the building hadn't activated their fire alarms, sprinklers or smoke alarms. Thick smoke engulfed all the floors, and no staff tried to wake people up or get them down to safety. Surely, a criminal act and no recompense or consequences. Excluding to the fire, place is dirty and the lifts are a nightmare. Please, avoid.

We had a short overnight transit stay here. The team were awesome and super helpful with our late check in and then allowing for us to arrange a late check out. Would stay again. Complex is super convenient and in a good part of town.

It wasnt the best experience staying at this apartment. Im very particular about cleanliness, but this hotel has strong sewage smell in the room. The lift was slow. No dish soap, no tissue. The washing machine in chinese no english. The upside is only the aircond and the tv.

チェックインカウンターがなく、到着するとWhatsAppを使ってやり取りをします。連絡すると担当のスタッフさんが宿泊先の施設の特徴を送ってくださったりエレベーターや部屋のカードキーを渡しに来てくださったりします。 メッセージを送ったあとの返答も割と早いです。トイレットペーパーやバスタオルをもってきていただくようメッセージを送ると、数十分後には持ってきてくださいました。 この建物にはいくつかの業者が関わっているようで、エレベーターがとにかく混雑します。なかなか到着しなかったり人が多すぎて乗れなかったこともありました。 口コミにあったような排水口の匂いなどは特に気になりませんでしたが、海が近いのでホテルのそばは海の匂いがかなり強いです。 プールはたくさんあるように見えますが、奥にあるプールは別のホテルのもので利用できませんでした。
