部屋は広く清潔で快適でした。ただチェックインが特殊過ぎます。１階に商店が入る建物の上階の部屋ですが、建物に何の表示もなく入り口が分かりません。途方に暮れて建物の管理人室に行くと、係員が電話をかけてくれ支配人が出てきて対応してくれ、その後は問題ありませんでした。ただ、施設名の表示がなく、管理人が気が利かない人物だったり席を外していたらどうにもならない状態でした。夜遅くの到着だったら困ったと思います。せめて宿泊所名は、管理室のガラス扉に貼っておくべきでしょう。要改善点です。

Appartement propre et spacieux, idéalement placé dans Kota Bharu. Le seul bémol est la nécessité de prévenir 24h à l'avance l'heure d'arrivée : ce qui n'est pas toujours simple au retour des îles Perhentian et les horaires fluctuants des bateaux.

OK.

Check-in had to be done by calling a local number. This was not clear from the booking confirmation, and there was no communication from the owner beforehand. While the building looks nice from the outside, it's actually quite dirty and badly maintained. The apartment itself is basic but adequate for the price.

質も価格も良かったです。

部屋もトイレも綺麗でした。キッチンはなかったですが電子レンジはありました。同じ建物の一階にコインランドリーもありました。オーナーの方も非常に親切で最後に空港まで送ってくださいました。立地もコタバルの中心部で非常に良かったです。

Really Good choice to stay in Kota Bharu

Staff was really friendly and helpfully. Good location for dinner and city tour. Room was clean and comfy. Large bathroom and bedroom. Love mini kitchen - Microwave, Dish, Spoon & fork. Recommend!!!!

Studio apartment in large block-long new building

A nice studio apartment with modern features and amenities. Owner by an individual, this was a two bed space with 1 Q and 1 Twin bed. WiFi, local satellite cable TV, kitchen counter space and eating bar, desk, coffee table and armchairs. Walking distance to many features in downtown KB. Local restaurants are fun to try, and a splendid set of street art projects very close.

The location is good because it is located in the middle of the city. Food, laundry, grocery and market are all within walking distance. Definitely will stay here again.

Very very clean room. Spacious. Friendly owner - Mr. Hafiz, Got microwave, mini fridge and table bar. Toilet is clean too. Got basic satellite tv channel. Got self laundry downstair, and restaurant accross the road It is even better compared to 3 star hotel.

Nice stay at strategic location

Located strategically to all major attractions

The accompdation was good, owner of the homestay was really helpful. The place is located strategically to all major attraction in Kota Bharu, it's walking distance to Pasar Siti Khadijah, Pasar Buluh Kubu etc. Also the taxi stand and bus station is just across the road.
