The hotel was little further than i expected from main station especially wheelchair accessible or stroller lifts. The rooms were very tight and dated which was a contrast to all other areas in hotel.

This hotel is simply reaching end of service life. Needs a major renovation. We chose it so that we can ride Narita express the next day. There is very few things around the hotel. It's not worth it. Pick something else if you dont need proximity to station.

Room was clean and the location is prime for Shibuya. I never made it to the restaurant. I booked with the impression there was a bar but I never found it, but there is plenty of night life close by. I thought it was a nice place to stay and the staff was amazing.
