A dining table provides space for shared meals, while the cosy living area—with a flat-screen TV and tastefully selected, color-coordinated furniture—creates a warm and inviting atmosphere. Pleasant underfloor heating provides additional comfort year-round.

A special highlight is the spacious terrace facing southwest. Here you can enjoy sunny afternoons and evenings on the comfortable seating or relax on the sun lounger. Additionally, there is a communal seating area in the garden that offers space for social gatherings surrounded by greenery.

The separate bedroom is furnished in a modern and cosy style and features a double bed measuring 1.60 m x 2.00 m, blackout curtains, and a large closet. The stylish bathroom features a walk-in shower, a large mirror, and a contemporary design.

To ensure a hassle-free start to your holiday, the beds are already made upon arrival, and plenty of towels are provided. Basic amenities, including all the essentials, are, of course, provided. A private parking space, a lockable bike storage area, and a charging station for e-bikes round out the amenities and make the “Kleine Auszeit” holiday rental a comfortable place to stay for your Baltic Sea holiday on Usedom.
