The apartment is decorated in a Mediterranean style. Orange and terracotta shades predominate. The floor and wall coverings, furniture and furnishings are coordinated and give the apartment the typical Mediterranean flair. The apartment has a double bedroom and a bedroom with bunk beds. The apartment is ideal for families and dog lovers. The apartment is located on the ground floor of the house on the left. It consists of living room, complete. equipped kitchen, balcony with seating, bedroom and bathroom with window. The decor of the burgundy fitted kitchen is new functional and high quality among other things with toaster, coffee maker, microwave with grill, ceramic hob, dishwasher, freezer. Large south-west facing terrace overlooking the forest and the sunset, barbecue.

The apartments are located in a newly built in 2007 in the Baltic resort Koserow with a total of four apartments of different sizes with 2 or 3 rooms for 1-4 people on the edge of a nature reserve in a quiet location, just over 200 meters from the pier in Koserow. Shops and restaurants are within walking distance. All apartments have a daylight bathroom with shower and towel warmer, heating and some additionally an electric tiled stove. The apartments are furnished to a high standard and have south-west terraces / balconies with unobstructed views over the meadows towards Achterwasser.

Arrivals are possible from 16:00 to 19:00 and departures from 07:00 to 10:00.
