Aufenhalt in Koserow

Wir haben drei wunderschöne Tage bei Ihnen verbracht.Vieleicht wäre es angebracht eine Nozitz zu hinterlegen ,an welchem Tag die Restmülltonne abgeholt wird.Und es wäre schön gewesen wenn Auflagen für die Gartenmöbel da gewesen wären.Aber ansonsten ist die Unterkunft empfehlenswert.

Schönes und sauberes Bungalow

Wir haben den Aufenthalt in diesem Haus sehr genossen. Fast alles dort wirkte sehr neu und gepflegt und wahr sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. So hatte man es vor allem an verregneten Tagen sehr gemütlich. Ich würde dieses Ferienhaus daher jederzeit wieder empfehlen. Leichte Abzüge gibt es natürlich dafür, dass das Haus sehr nah n der Bundesstraße. So extrem laut ist es durch die Schallschutzwand aber wieder auch nicht. Auch weil das Schlafzimmer auf der anderen Seite sich befindet. Ist nur ungünstig wenn dort andere Bungalows stehen, wo dann ab 23.00 Uhr dann Parties gefeiert werden. Das weiß man aber alles durch einen Blick auf die Karte vorher. Ansonsten ist es aber immer noch trotzdem gut gelegen, da das Meer nicht allzu weit weg ist. Positiv auch zu erwähnen, dass der Vermieter alles nötige im Voraus von sich aus mitgeteilt hat.

Wunderbar

Der Bungalow war wunderbar, sehr sauber, ruhige Umgebung. Die naheliegende Bundesstraße stört wenig. Wir sind mit dem Zug angereist, Bungalow im 10min zu Fuß zu erreichen. Terasse mit Blick ins Grüne und Sichtschutz zum Nachbarbungalow super, Bett sehr bequem. Meinem.Sohn hat WLAN gefehlt, aber das hat auch durchaus nen Erholungsaspekt :-) Tipp: bitte neutrales Waschmittel nutzen bzw. auf Weichspüler verzichten..Geruch sehr penetrant und nicht allergikergeeignet

Schöner Bungalow im Grünen

Gut ausgestatteter Bungalow, nichts exklusives, aber zum Wohlfühlen ausreichend. Sehr nett eingerichtet. Etwas wenig Stauraum für Kleidung, das zusätzliche Esszimmer kann aber super als Ankleide dienen. Bett ist sehr bequem. Im Schlafzimmer läuft an der Steckdose eine Zeitschaltuhr, empfindliche Ohren könnte das stören. Fenster haken teilweise etwas, Ausstattung mit Fliegengittern ist super. Lage ist gut, die Straße hat nicht gestört. Der Aussenbereich ist schön und durch die Bepflanzung größtenteils sichtgeschützt. Seitlich ist man durch einen Sichtschutzzaun vor neugierigen Blicken geschützt, dadurch aber auch etwas beengt, da der Sichtschutz direkt am Essplatz ist. Ein seitlicher Ausgang öffnet aber den Weg in den Garten. Der Boden im Aussenbereich lässt sich gut fegen, an manchen Stellen haben sich über die Jahre aber Gebrauchsspuren festgesetzt. Könnte mal abgestrahlt werden. Sitzmöbel draussen bequem, eine Liege wäre schön. Alles in allem ein netter und sauberer Bungalow. Wir kommen gerne mal wieder.
