Lovely stay at Peridis, we thoroughly enjoyed our time here. Hotel is very clean and comfortable, pool area is the best part. Pool is so inviting and big, plenty of sunbeds (we did go first week of september so was much quieter). You can order food and drinks straight to your sunbed. The food at the hotel is better than your average hotel food- breakfast and lunch we enjoyed every day. I'd say the cocktails are a bit amateur especially for the price. The hotel staff are amazing, they are all so friendly, smiley and helpful but without being in-your-face. I would like to give a special mention to Stefania in the spa, she gave me an incredible back and neck massage which took away all of the tension and tightness. She is there every single day so please do pay her a visit as you will leave feeling like a new person! The hotel is walkable from the main town /old town however its about a 20 minute walk along pavements that aren't in great condition. Bear this in mind as we believed we would be central. It is only about a 7 minute walk to the end of the seafront which has lots of restaurants and nice bars. My tip would be to hire bicycles for your stay because kos town is quite big and the taxis there are very poor and unreliable. Do not count on getting around by taxi. The seafront has great cycle lanes and with bicycles you can visit Lambi beach and the old town with ease. Also do book airport transfer via the hotel before you arrive due to the taxi shortage.

A very special place. Comfortable rooms. Very clean. Lovely pools. Staff go that extra mile. Great location. A good size hotel. The Town, restaurants and supermarkets all within walking distance.

We stayed a week in this wonderful hotel. It was absolutely perfect. Very good breakfast buffet, good a la carte food, the Greek evening was great. The hotel is in a great location, within walking distance to the beach and town. The staff is really nice. Always smiling. We will return.

Really lovely hotel in a residential area. About 5 mins to walk to the seafront/marina and around 20 to walk into kos town. Staff just brilliant and nothing too much trouble.

Excellent Resort to Stay for families.
First time as a family we went to greece and stayed at Peridis Family Resort and i must say what an excellent stay we had, the staff was really helpful and pleasent always ready to help, always smiled, enjoyed our stay and the resort is very clean we had Executive room as a family and its big with Private pool as a luxury. We will be looking again to use the same resort in future for sure.

Nice, but maybe not next time.
Clean and comfy rooms, superb service staff, great breakfast, corridoors and lifts were a bit crampy. Our room had a small unlocked hatch that led directly to a narrow service shaft several floors deep, which was narrow enough to fit our toddler. I don’t understand why these ”family resorts” have some less than average one man band playing ”evergreens” with a deafening volume, when it’s time for kids to sleep.

I always come back to the Greek Islands due to the welcoming, friendly and hospitable nature of the people. I was just recovering from a surprise illness and so to be looked after by the team here was a joy. Nothing was too much for them. The breakfast and dining team were exemplary as where the ladies at reception. The rooms were spotless and spacious and I loved the ability to play tennis, go the gym and I loved the ‘different complexes’ feel as it made me feel like I had my own apartment. The only thing I would suggest is more English tv channels but there’s far too much to do to really be bothered about that. Thank you Peredis Family.

This is not a five star hotel. I was so shocked when I walked into our room. Our view was a green pool of slimey water and broken bikes I actually didn’t feel safe. When I asked to move I was told we would be moved the following day, then after repacking to move was told it was a mistake and moving would be impossible. I rarely use this word but the room was hideous. We were clearly in an adjoining suite and they’d propped up the door with sofa pillows and a table. The pool area is nice and the bar/wait staff were very good but everything else left a lot to be desired.

I emailed the hotel in advance to let them know I was vegan. A very friendly waiter brought me vegan cheese, soy milk and soy pudding every morning that were perfect combo with a huge variety of food on the buffet. Head waiter is also very lovely, he was greeting us and others every day with some few kind words. Receptionists are helpful, smiley and friendly.

Room was fine. Booked with breakfast included, but when we got there, we had to pay extra for 2breakfasts. Reception told us that this happens quite often. Very disappointing.

Really enjoyed stay and would definitely stay again. Breakfast was good as were the bar snacks. Didn’t try the buffet or evening meals but the waiter was so confident that we would have enjoyed the BBQ and Greek nights that he offered to give us our money back if we didn’t like the food! The pool area is lovely and the adult area was relaxing. All staff were really friendly.

Absolutely lovely hotel for all ages.
Lovely hotel and staff we had an apartment which was fabulous. Wish they did all inclusive as slightly pricier to eat and drink at. They do buffet which they pressure you a bit to have in the evenings but there a fabulous taverna just down the road which does just as good if not better food for evenings.

Lovely hotel, friendly staff, great atmosphere
We had a wonderful stay, staff were friendly and helpful, activities were good but not too much. Excellent for families with children. Breakfast was fabulous, we didn't have lunch there, booked a couple of evening meals and they were decent with a lot on offer and we were never hungry. We don't tend to like to go to the same place twice, but we would definitely make an exception to go here again.

We thought we were getting a good deal when we read all the services and amenities available at this hotel. But you literally have to pay for everything , even the air conditioning!!Tennis court, volleyball, ping pong table, internet, everything is charged ...they don't even give you a map of the town when you arrive, instead they say you can buy one at the front desk. the lady at the front desk was completely useless. Dont waste your time and money, better to stay in a simpler but more honest hotel

Very good value. Basic but perfectly adequate. Spottlessly clean. Great balcony wrapping round two sides of the apartment. Sheets and towels changed every other day, full clean twice a week. Kitchen area well enough equipped for basic cooking. A bit of a botch-job in the bathroom but everything worked fine even so. Friendly and helpful staff. Good size pool, very clean, with lots of sun beds. Not all apartments over-look pool; some are over the road, which means you don't get bar entertainment noise but you do get road noise (not too bad; not a very busy road, but I speak as someone who lives in a city so if you're from a quiet village it might drive you nuts). Avoid basement apartments - they have a kind of dug-out terrace but look dark all the same. Aircon costs an extra 6 euros a night. Good location 15 mins walk from harbour area. Lots of restaurants and bars in easy walking distance. On Psalidi side of town in residential area, so nice and quiet. Suited to families with younger kids, empty-nesters and oldies, but teenagers and twentysomethings will want to be at the Lambi end of town where all the clubs are and would probably find this area really dull. Beware - reception closes at 11pm and the night watchman may not be there after that, so let them know if you're likely to arrive late. We assumed there'd be 24 hour reception, arrived at 4am, and had to sleep on sunbeds by the pool until reception opened!

quiet hotel in Kos
The hotel is a bit of a distance from the centre. The advantage in that is that it's quiet. The apartment did not include the sofa bed as advertised on the web site, otherwise it was very good, and I would recommend it for a long-ish stay. Not being allowed to bring one's own food or water to the poolside makes it a bit expensive to use except for a quick swim, as you need to shell out extra for the bar.

Suverænt resort i Kos By
Peridis Family Resort er et dejligt sted, hvor jeg har været flere gange og hvortil jeg allerede har planlagt næste tur. Her er lækkert, rent og resortet er meget veldrevet. Mange faciliteter for både børn og voksne i gåafstand til alting fra Kos by men lige 5 minutter væk fra larm og uro. Personalet er venligt og meget serviceminded. Passer til både familier med børn, par, grupper og solo rejsende. Resortet er dansk-græsk ejet og det danske konsulat ligger i samme bygning. Kan anbefales uden forbehold.

Il peridis è una bella struttura ben tenuta e con personale gentile.Durante il soggiorno si sono alternate 3 receptionist tutte molto gentili e professionali. Il personale è molto affabile .Unico neo appartamento bellissimo dato con upgrade gratuito enorme ma con bagno piccolo e senza aereatore e senza bidet.Cmq bello da tornare se si viene qua'.
