Not a 4 star at all.no entertainment any night very disappointed. Our door was left unlocked twice by the maid, air con stopped working, bathroom window wouldn’t shut so got bit by mosquitoes every night. We stayed at a mitsishotel the week before also 4 star great entertainment every night, food great , room great , staff great

Welcoming and friendly
Very welcoming and friendly! The pool was lovely with 2 water Slides suitable for all ages The beach is a 2 minute walk Wifi works well but a bit hard to get on in the evening The entertainment is great but is spoken mainly in Italian but don't let that put you off! I would thouroughly recommend this hotel, we had a fantastic time

SUPER SEJOUR
nous sommes arrivés tard dans la soirée, une collation nous était attendu chambre spacieuse, 2 adultes et 1 enfant. La literie un peu ferme mais bon pour moi ça me convenait sinon l'hôtel est très propre, les espaces communs ainsi que les chambres. Les espaces verts bien entretenus la piscine dispose de 2 toboggans pour la joie des enfants et des adultes. La mer est à environ 5 mn de marche, eau très claire mais il y a des cailloux les animations étaient bien mais il fallait comprendre l'italien car beaucoup de vacanciers italiens. Ils faisaient l'effort de parler Français merci à eux pour les repas il y avait du choix, viande poisson et le soir des bonnes pizzas fait sur le tas Le personnel est toujours dispo pour vous aider en un mot super vacances j'y retournerai

Struttura in buona posizione ma....
La struttura è carina e vicino alla spiaggia e all aereoporto , ma cmq bisogna noleggiare un mezzo per poter visitare le altre spiagge e l'isola , l' hotel dispone anche di uno staff di animazione( 5 ragazzi di cui 4 Italiani) ideale per famiglie con bambini . La pulizia non è una priorità specialmente nella zona buffet . Direi che come tipo di struttura e personale in genere lo considero un 3 stelle . Forse in un altro periodo , non in pieno agosto, lo staff potrebbe seguire al meglio le esigenze per gli ospiti compreso la pulizia e il mangiare .

Dopo aver prenotato abbiamo visto tutti i commenti negativi della passata stagione e ci siamo un po' preoccupati... Pensavamo di aver preso una fregatura... Invece tutt'altro!!! Hotel meraviglioso pulitissimo!! Personale cordiale simpatico e gentile!!! Mai un Problema!!! Consigliatissimo!!!
