Nice, clean, relaxing

Second time here. Nice, clean apartment hotel in calm location. Friendly hosts and staff. Apartments were cleaned every day, the same – towels and sheets were changed also every day. Quite large double room apartment, with 2 balconies (morning and evening sun, or other way around – shade). About 10-15 minutes walk to Tigaki town center and nearest tavernas (Esperos – the best!). But that’s the plus – it means there is no crowd and noise. About 5 min. walk to nearest “super”market – both left or right directions. About 100 m from beach and bus stop to Kos city. As minuses - Shower is a bit small with uncomfortable curtains. But that’s the “Greek style” and what you can expect in this kind of apartment hotels on Greece islands. Mosquitoes at night. But they are everywhere – just be prepared. All and all were very satisfied with everything ! Definitely place to return !

Owner needs to do some customer satisfaction cours

Stay was very pleasant but ruined by the fact that the owner didn't see why would I need to extend the room on our last day with 5 year old and was only saying come and see me the next day and so on until the last day where he was no where to be seen and just because of the Maria the cleaner and Sam at the bar we were able to slightly extend ther room. The owner turned up in the afternoon but didn't even ask how was our stay. All in all good holiday but is very poorly managed from the owner and I think it only survived because the great staff working there. I would personally not returned there as I didn't fill like a valued customer.
