"Overall it was a good experience. Place is clean, the pictures online reflect the property correctly. Was disappointed only that I thought the room type I had was a view room, so I think it was a bit misleading from the online pics. The most disappointing part was just the hospitality from front desk and what we believe to be the hotel manager. Just didn’t feel like they cared we were there, maybe since we were foreigners (but my husband speaks Greek) or that we had kids, not sure, but nobody...

"Very comfortable hotel with friendly super staff. Will come again. Seaview rooms are nice. A-la-carte breakfast in off season. Close to the main road, very good for a stop between Athens (airport) and Patras and onwards. Several supermarkets in town and in season many restaurants too. "

The owners were just wonderful with all communcation being prompt and very helpful and friendly. Would definately stay here again. It would be very hard to find a better property to stay in while in Loutraki. "
