"Great location, okay space, horrible property manager. - Address in confirmation email takes you to another location. I knew the language and was able to ask someone for help. - Ac unit is broken - top flap is taped down and second flap does not move so air does not blow to cool down and does not reach the bedroom. - Asked for a fan - was brought an old broken fan. "These are ‘tiny villas’, small and perfectly formed! Comfortable bed, well equipped kitchen and well stocked fridge plus nice bathroom with good shower and toiletries. Lovely pool with plenty of seating and shade plus honesty bar. Pretty gardens surround with fruit trees, olive trees, vines. Definitely need a car as a 10 minute drive from Nafplio. Midway between Mycenae and Epidaurus. Owners Vangelis and Maria are charming, helpful hosts. "

Host provided great information about local restaurants and activities to do in the area. We did some amazing day trips based on his suggestions to Leonidio and Kastanista. The local Taberna in Kiveri which is a 5 min walk has amazing food. Would highly recommend this place. "
