"The staff went above and beyond for us, especially considering that it was for our honeymoon. Hotel was in a location near nice bars and restos, and not too far from airport and downtown. Front desk staff, Concierge Tai, and cleaning staff were so professional and friendly. Make sure to ask for an airport transfer for a cash only reasonable price! Better than grab"

"Hotel was on a quiet street off Sukhumvit road, so not much noise. A short walk to the Asok BTS and Terminal 21 shopping centre. Staff were very helpful and welcoming. Cleanliness was mid but not as bad as some of the other reviews for hotels in the area. I guess that’s what you get for a cheap hotel in a popular area. The housekeeping was good but the general cleanliness of the room could definitely be improved on. If you are staying in the old suites, I would treat it like a rental rather than a hotel. But at least the hotel staff were more attentive than my landlord has ever been, so I didn’t mind it all too much. Beds were super comfy and there was always a supply of bottled water and towels. They were even nice enough to give us free breakfast when we had to change rooms."
