Are you looking for a complete escape from digital noise and the daily rush? Our house, situated on the very edge of the Dragonja Valley protected area, offers a sanctuary where time slows down. Here, the peace is so profound that, alongside the birdsong, you’ll once again hear the humming of bees and the sounds of nature that have long since fallen silent in cities. Its location in the heart of an authentic village invites you to explore the rolling landscape, which, with its vineyards and olive groves, strongly resembles Tuscany. On bike paths or walks along winding trails, it’s not unusual to have a deer or a rabbit cross your path. The house is designed for those who appreciate tradition and subtle aesthetics. Although there is no cell service inside the property (you’ll find it at the free parking lot just 3 minutes away), we offer you a choice: you can completely “unplug” and enjoy reading on the terrace, or stay connected via high-speed Wi-Fi and a wide selection of TV channels. The house’s floor plan retains the traditional Istrian layout with a walk-through bedroom, giving the house a special homey feel and making it ideal for families or close friends. For food lovers, two excellent restaurants serving authentic local cuisine are just a 10-minute drive away. Despite the feeling of complete seclusion, you’re just 20 minutes from the coast and picturesque Istrian towns. It’s also a 15-minute drive to the highway exit, which offers access to numerous UNESCO World Heritage sites in less than an hour.

Good to Know
• Due to indoor and outdoor stairs, the house is not ideal for small children
