"We stayed 5 nights in June. The front desk staff were really helpful and very friendly. Check in/out was easy. We didn’t opt for breakfast at the property but heard good reviews from other guests. The bar/coffee at the front desk was very convenient. 10 minute walk to bus stop 12, the departure point for tours and 2 blocks from main shopping area. Easy to walk to most attractions and restaurants. The only negative was with the shower. The surface of the drain pan was very slippery. "

When arrived early, the hotel offers a great self serve locker system to store one's luggage. Wonderful system. The spa is great. The top floor restaurant/bar is great. the front desk staff were great and helpful."

"What an amazing staff. I mean, just incredible. They went above and beyond on so many occasions including finding one my AirPods which took a massive team effort over many days. Super impressed. Very friendly. Room was great. Extended my stay 4 times over 2.5 weeks because everyone was so great and it was a really comfortable stay. Highly, highly recommend. "
