Worth the Money.

Rooms are spacious and comfortable. Breakfast was varied and plentiful. Staff are friendly and helpful. Location is close to must see places in Konya.

Staff at the reception are very uninterested and unfriendly, if I had to rate this property based on first impressions, it is a fail. Breakfast is of an extremely poor quality. I would definitely not recommend this hotel.

Ilk kez konakladığım bu otelde Hilton adına uygun pek bir şey bulamadim maalesef hayal kırıklığı yaşadım. Normalde Hilton otellerinde hizmet, temizlik, karşılama ve otelin konforu gayet iyidir. Burada aksine Konya sehrine has bir olabilir fiyat performans olarak hem yüksek hem de bu fiyatı haketmedigini düşünüyorum. Oda servisi yetersizdi. Kirlileri kapının önüne bıraktığınızda gece boyunca görevli olmadığı için sabaha kadar bekliyor bu da cevre ve görüntü kirliliğine yol açıyor. Bunun gibi epey bir eksikler var memnun kalmadım.

Otel çok merkezi bir konumda, hemen karşısında Mevlana Kültür Merkezi var. Merkeze de yürüme mesafesinde. Biz erken gelmemize rağmen resepsiyonda görevli Behsat Bey bize yardımcı oldu, odamıza giriş yaptık, kendisine burdan da teşekkür ederiz. Odanın genel bakıma ihtiyacı vardı.

Odanın bakıma ihtiyacı vardı. Penceresi tam kapanmadığı için hem ses hem de soğuk olarak problem yarattı. Yatak karyolası çok gıcırdıyordu. Banyo giderlerinde problem vardı. Hem el yıkama yeri hem de duş teknesinde su gitmediği için su birikiyordu. Duş teknesi altından da su kaçağı olduğu için normal banyo bölümüne de bir hayli su kaçağı oldu. Sonuç olarak odanın genel bir bakıma ihtiyacı var. Diğer iş arkadaşımın odasında bu problemlerin hiçbiri yoktu, benim odama özel olabilir. Oda 316 idi. Oda harici otel gayet düzenli, temiz, kahvaltısı da gayet yeterli idi.

Biz 3 kişi suit odada kaldık, oda geniş ayrı oturma alanı var iyi güzel ama 3cü kişi rahat etmedi çünkü çekyatta yattı ve yatağın demirleri rahatsız etti ve hiç uyuyamadı. 3 kişilik oda diye yazıyor ama 3cü kişiyi çekyatda yatiriyorlar hadi buda tamam ama bari rahat olsun 5 yıldızlı otele bu mu yakışır. Hiç olmadı ben başka illerde de Hiltonda kaldım ama bu hiltondan çok memnun kalmadım maalesef. Personel az valizleri kendimiz taşıdık odaya, çıkışta sormadılar bile nasıldı diye çünkü personel 1 tane ve kalabalık ben yinede şikayetimi belirttim ama sadece ben baktiririm yatağı dedi, baktirsan ne olacak bu saatten sonra ben çıkıyorum zaten. Kahvaltı iyiydi. Sakindi ses olmadı bu yüzden sadece iyi olarak geçiyorum.

Konya Gezisi Deneyimi

Konya gezisi için Mevlana Türbesine ve çevresi müzelere yakınlığı için seçtiğimiz otelde konfor olarak beklentiniz yüksek olmasın diğer çevre otelleri bilmediğimiz için Hilton ismine güvenerek seçtik fakat iş görüşmeleri için kullanabilecek sıradan bir otelden daha fazlası değildi.Otelin giriş alanındaki peyzajından odasındaki halılara kadara yenilenmesi gerek eski bir görüntüsü var o yüzden insana çok temiz hissettirmiyor.Oda içinde ütü olmasını beğendik çok pratik oldu fakat diş fırçası vs gibi kişisel bakım ürünlerinin olmaması ,terliğin bir tane olması vs adı olan markaya pek yakışmadı,birde odadaki havalandırmanın yüksek sesi bir süre sonra rahatsız ediyor.Yemeklerini denemedik fiyat olarak çevre mekanlardan yüksekti.Çevresinde gerçekten iyi yerler var özellikle fırın kebabında Nezih iyiydi tavsiye ederim. Çalışan ekip güler yüzlü ve ilgiliydi.
