"Grüne Tanne" Holiday Rental – Relax Naturally, Enjoy in Style

The "Grüne Tanne" is the perfect retreat for 2 to 4 people—a place full of comfort, light, and tranquility. Designed in warm, natural tones and lovingly furnished, the apartment offers everything you need for a restful getaway.

Our new holiday apartments, built using timber construction, were erected according to Erwin Thoma’s unique “Holz-100” method, using sustainably sourced regional wood. Here, you can enjoy a holiday in a home made of 100% naturally pure solid wood—no glue, no chemicals, no metal. The result: an incomparably healthy living environment where you can breathe deeply right away.

The solid wood construction naturally regulates the indoor climate. Pleasantly cool in summer, cosily warm in winter. Protection from noise and radiation for restful nights.

A special highlight of our holiday apartments at the Rosenhof are the Swiss stone pine bedrooms. Swiss stone pine is known for its soothing scent, which calms the mind, lowers the heart rate, and has been proven to promote deep, restful sleep. Start your day with more energy for excursions, bike rides, or relaxing hours by the lake.

In the cosy bedroom, you’ll enjoy a restful night’s sleep, while the high-quality sleeper sofa in the living room—complete with a full-size mattress—offers maximum comfort even for additional guests. The open-concept kitchen with dining area invites you to cook, laugh, and enjoy time together—you’ll feel right at home here. The kitchen is equipped with a Nespresso coffee machine and a Vario coffee filter.

The highlight: your own terrace with a stunning view of the countryside—ideal for breakfast in the morning sun or a glass of wine on balmy evenings. Birds are chirping, the wind rustles gently through the trees—and all you have to do is relax.

To help you unwind, there’s also a cosy, warm spa pool in the garden—it’s available to all guests at the Rosenhof and invites you to enjoy some bubbly moments under the open sky. Just dive in, let go, and enjoy.

Our spa pool is available for shared use by all guests staying in the holiday apartments at the Rosenhof. We charge a flat fee of €40 per stay per apartment for its use. Use of the spa pool (for children ages 12 and up) is at your own risk. Parents are responsible for their children. Please bring your own bath towels and dressing gowns for the spa pool. We hope you have a relaxing time.

A communal area with a grill is available to all holiday guests.

All guests are welcome to use the washing machine and dryer in the separate communal laundry room.

There is a bike storage room with an e-bike charging station for guests who bring their own bicycles.
