Perfekter Urlaub am Bodensee

Schöne, stylische, Fewo. Gut ausgestattete Küche. Ideal für Ausflüge nach Meersburg, der Insel Mainau, Reichenau und den Pfahlbauten. Alles mit dem Fahrrad erreichbar. Gute Infrastruktur in der Nähe. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Schicke Wohnung für 2 Personen

Wir haben uns in der Wohnung sehr wohl gefühlt. Moritz, der Vermieter, wohnt direkt darüber und ist sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich, gleichzeitig aber auch unaufdringlich und diskret. Die Bilder und die Beschreibung sind sehr zutreffend, daher hier nur ein paar ergänzende Hinweise: Die Wohnung wurde mit sehr viel Sinn für Design eingerichtet, der Stauraum im Schlafzimmer ist etwas begrenzt. Fahrräder kann man direkt an der Wohnung abstellen, es gibt dort sogar eine Steckdose zum Laden von e-Bikes. Die Terrasse liegt zur Straße, und die Hecke bietet (noch) keinen guten Sichtschutz. Die Straße ist eine reine Anwohnerstraße und wenig befahren. Die Lage an sich ist sehr ruhig, hinter dem Haus beginnt ein kleiner Wald ideal zum Joggen.

Super Aufenthalt am Bodensee

Wir hatten 10 tolle Tage. Es hat an nichts gefehlt. Die Wohnung war sehr modern eingerichtet und super ausgestattet. Die Lage am Stadtrand war ideal für schöne lange Fahrradtouren. Vielen Dank auch an Moritz, dass wir unsere Fahrräder im Schopf unterstellen durften!

Top Design - Top Lage - Top Betreuung

Wir durften für ca. 3 Wochen zu Gast sein und haben diese Zeit wirklich genossen. Vor allem dank Moritz Giradelli, der uns während der gesamten Zeit sehr gut betreut hat. Das Design und die Ausstattung der Wohnung sind top! Die Wohnung ist sehr ruhig gelegen und dennoch Stadtnahe. Eine Terrasse mit Tisch und Stühlen sowie Sonnenliegen laden sowohl zum Sundowner als auch zum abendlichen Entspannen nach einem Tag am See ein. Da wir fast 3 Wochen in der FeWo gewohnt haben war die Waschmaschine sehr hilfreich. Abstellplätze sind sowohl am Grundstück als auch auf der Zufahrtsstraße vorhanden. War das Wetter etwas schlechter konnten unsere Kinder Online Streaming Dienste kostenlos nutzen, auch dank des starken WLANs. Es gibt lediglich ein Problem: zu wenig Urlaub, um die Wohnung noch länger zu nutzen!

Chice, moderne Wohnung in ruhiger Wohnlage, gute Parkmöglichkeiten, Waschmaschine, hervorragendes Wlan und Netflix. Gefehlt haben uns lediglich ein Geschirrspüler und einige Kochutensilien mehr. Gastgeber Moritz ist sehr freundlich und antwortet auf Mails prompt. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und vergeben 4,5 Sterne.

Schicke und moderne Ferienwohnung in Konstanz in ruhiger Lage

Eine sehr moderne, schicke und geschmackvoll eingerichtete Ferienwohnung. Alles super sauber und neu, eingerichtet mit allem, was man braucht; insbesondere die Waschmaschine ist bei längeren Urlauben sehr praktisch. Auch die Küche lässt keine Wünsche offen. Die Lage ist sehr ruhig, mit dem Rad ist man in 5-10 Minuten, zu Fuß in 15-20 Minuten in der Innenstadt. Alle Absprachen mit Vermieter Moritz waren schnell und unkompliziert: Er war immer und schnell erreichbar, wenn es mal eine Frage gab. Tolle Sitz- und Liegegelegenheiten drinnen und draußen. Sehr (!) zu empfehlen!
