"Gorgeous room with an incredible view of Meteora. The room was spacious, with a huge, updated bathroom and a great balcony. Wonderful breakfast and beautiful pool area to sit by and enjoy the view, even on cooler mornings/days. Parking was easy. Easy drive into Kastraki village and to the monasteries. Of note, the map point on Expedia for the location of the hotel is incorrect - search the hotel in Google/Apple Maps and follow the directions accordingly."

"The location of the hotel is very good. As well the evening manager was quite helpful orienting us and suggesting dinner spots. The hotel falls somewhat short of the mark in many areas. The outdoor area has real potential to be great but the furnishings and umbrellas are lacking. The towels are threadbare: perhaps an end of season issue. The one morning we were trying to leave for a tour and the maid insisted on doing her cleaning while we attempted to exit. My wife asked to her leave but she ignored her request!"

"We really enjoyed our stay in Tsikeli Hotel. This is a boutique small hotel, very well designed and very well kept. The room was rustic but stylish, with a very relaxing design. The jacuzzi was put into good use in the cold evenings of September. The staff was very friendly (especially the amazing Christina). The breakfast was great and very fresh. Would definitely recommend to anyone seeking a romantic getaway in the wonderful Meteora region. One thing to keep in mind is that Kastraki village is very small. Most of the restaurants and shops are in the adjacent Kalabaka village. However, we had a car, so that was not an issue."

"The hotel and room were clean. The nights have become cold and the one blanket available was not adequate. Staff at breakfast were friendly. The continental cold breakfast was adequate however fresh fruit and edible protein would be appreciated. Pressed spam is not ideal. Cold boiled egg is minimal. For those who like carbs you’re in luck! Loved the balcony and outside hotel space."
