Two living units are at your disposal, the main house which sleeps eleven guests in 5 of its bedrooms, and a separate private apartment. This newly finished 2nd unit consistsof a living room with a sofa bed, its own kitchen, a bedroom, a bathroom with a shower and a terrace with sea view as well as a little private patio with garden furniture. Twoadults are comoftably accomodated in the one bedroom with optional one more adult, or two children on the sofa bed.
Therefore, Villa Magnifique comfortably accommodate 13 adults in six bedrooms. Units cannot be booked separately. Extra fee is 45 euro per person per night.

Please note that pool heating is available free of charge in off season. From May 20 to September 20 pool heating is available on request for 40 euro per day pool heating fee.
For transparency: please account for 1000 euro security deposit to be paid upon arrival directly to the host and returned upon departure, subject to inspection. Baby cots are available on request. Please no groups of under 25 years of age.
