"The property is a newly built house, great design, very ill maintained. Smelly blankets, no bedsheet between the blanket and your body. Uncleaned rags in front of the bathroom. No tea-coffee and hot water kettle in the room, no water bottle in the room. I paid $43 for my stay, seems there are better options nearby at half the price."

I.e a ton of mosquitos, washroom is full of stains, the doors to the bathroom doesn’t close properly making mosquitos to fly into the room through the bathroom. The bed had mattress cover but no blankets whatsoever and had to explicitly request one, which showed up as if a few cats picked a fight in it. "

"The AC in our first room wasn't functioning properly. We were moved to another room and that was great. The staff were all fantastic, the pool was beautiful in a great location which felt like you were in the jungle. Breakfast was excellent. Other meals all very good and tasty. "

"Great stay! Stayed 1 night. Very personalized service. The manager greets and checks in with each guest several times throughout the start as needed. Sri Lankan breakfast was great! Pool very nice. Was able to arrange a tuktuk transfer to several of the archaeological and religious sites within Anuradhapura for 5000 rupees (3-4 hours tour). Highly recommend!"
