The room was sufficient and clean. Hotel staff was superb and help me with check-in when I had an issue with two bookings in the system. Highly recommend this hotel due to location in Terminal 3, availability to Haneda Garden and Airport mall/shops.

Stayed here as it was practically next door to the start of the Tokyo Marathon and had zero regrets. Besides the ideal location, there were enough eating options/restaurants below the hotel. Amenities were excellent. Liked the breakfast. And walking distance to the Shinjuku Station.

It’s a GREAT hotel! The location is great, the facilities are great and the staff is GREAT! They are friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. We participated in a guided walk offered by the hotel to a nearby park where we got to enjoy the Cherry Blossoms. It was a great experience.
