"Plenty of room for our family of 5 traveling from the USA had a wonderful stay! The hosts were so friendly and welcoming. We loved the peaceful backyard and visiting with the hosts for a little while. The house was very clean and comfortable. They had everything there that you would need! "Die Lage ist super, ob zum paddeln, wandern radeln, zum Bahnhof, Einkauf oder zum Schloss, selbst zu den Pinguin-Spreewelten kommt man gut zu Fuß. Die Wohnung ist für 4 Personen mit Hund natürlich etwas klein (und dunkel), aber das wussten wir ja. Daß es eine weitere Ferienwohnung vor Ort gibt war uns nicht klar, das "eingezäunte Grundstück" ist somit nicht zur alleinigen Nutzung bestimmt, der Hund nicht ausnahmslos frei zu lassen!Ansonsten war aber alles toll, wesentliches vom Toilettenpapier...

"Der ganze Empfang auf das Grundstück hat uns geschockt. Sehr ungepflegt,Stolperkanten, nicht geschnittenene Büsche. Zum Haus war der kleine Steg rutschig und nicht gesichert,Holzbretter waren nur hingelegt. Die Terasse am Haus war voller Blätter und die Kissen nass.Die Überdachung hat den Regen nicht abgehalten. Nach Öffnung der Haustür roch es sehr stark muffig.Die Sessel im Schlaf/Sitzbereich waren sehr verschmutzt.In der Küche war die Tischplatte im Verhältnis viel zu hoch.. Platz war auch...

"I was there for my birthday. The facility was lovely and historic. Room was huge with pretty view of the city. Breakfast buffet was good with a big selection. Only thing was they didn’t make my birthday special. Just gave me two tiny chocolates lol. With all the money spent there they could have atleast given me a slice of cake. I had breakfast and dinner there, nothing not even a welcome fruit platter. They sure have no idea to celebrate :-("

"Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber und gemütlich eingerichtet. Für 2 Personen perfekt, für mehr Personen nur für einen Kurzurlaub geeignet. Das Ferienhaus hat eine gute Lage wenn man die Umgebung erkundende möchte. Frau Wolff war immer ansprechbar und sehr nett. Wir kommen gern wieder."

"Right in the heart of the old section of Cottbus. Perfect location. Staff was helpful and breakfast was excellent. Self service laundry worked out well, and everything functioned as expected. Our room was on Floor 3 (the Fourth Floor in Europe) and the roof of part of the hotel was below our window. They could have just had us view the vents, but the entire roof below our window was sodded and planted with wildflowers. Nice touch."
