"The hotel itself is nice just dissapointed with the Residents Lounge which was an additional cost but was really very poor. The food never got replenished and seems like hotel policy to start late but finish on tome so it doenst have to provide food or drinks for the full duration We pointed this out at the tome and at reception when checking out and this was acknowledged as poornbut no offer made as gesture of good will Not great customer service "
