Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service, amenities, property conditions & facilities
Horrible Experience....We booked two rooms for 25th Dec in advance. The receptionist Sambit also confirmed the booking at his end. When we reached on the 25th Dec to our shock we came to know there was no booking reserved, when checked with Sambit he conveniently denied any communication but when we showed him our call details he acknowledged he did confirm the booking. They had overbooked the property and we were provided an option to another property which was around 10km away from the property as we didn't had any choice we did had to take that option. Overall it was a horrible experience due to the the receptionist carelessness..
