40 km to the northeast from Kolari, lake Ylläsjärvi approx. 4 km, swimming beach approx. 4,5 km. 50,5 m² holiday apartment on the first floor. The house was built in 2019. There are living room/kitchen with spreadable sofa bed (width 140 cm), 2 bedrooms (two separate beds in each), washroom/WC and sauna (electric sauna stove) in the apartment. Clothes washing machine with dryer, Internet access.

The housing company has a shared storage space, including laundry room (washing machine and two drying cabinets) and a ski waxing table. These facilities can be used freely. In addition, there is a storage cage for each apartment. The cage can be used, for example, for storing fuelwood and skis.
