In a beautiful residence in Chaweng hill, the villa is perfectly located nearby all commodities. You will be only 2 minutes driving distance to Chaweng main road and 5 minutes to supermarkets, shopping moles, restaurants and Chaweng beach.

The villa Marianne offers 3 en-suite bedrooms two of them looking at the ocean. A very spacious master bedroom offers you an exceptional view on the ocean from two sides of the room along from the bathroom. A very large kitchen with full equipment, a spacious living room with audio system and smart TV, a sea view terrasse with outdoor sofas and infinity pool overlooking chaweng decor.

The price does not include electricity 7THB/unit and water 50THB/m3. The cleaning fees included in the price is only the check out cleaning. Only one cleaning a week is included during your stay. If you need some extra cleaning please request it to our manager ( 1200THB/cleaning).
