5 Stars for The Teak!

This hotel is under Blue Lagoon. And it’s new. Big pool, convenience, 1min walk to 7-11, 5min walk to Arkbar. Friendly staff, big room, clean!

サムイで熱いホテル

入口に看守ゲートがあり、セキュリティ良し。 フロントスタッフの対応も親切で柔軟。 ホテルから両替所も近くて安心。 ビーチも近く、クレジットカード決済のできるレストランばかりなので、現金握りしめて行く必要も無く手ぶらでok。

Achtung Abzocke. Wahnsinnig dreckig. Wir sind um 1630 im Hotel angekommen und haben 2 Einzelzimmer gebucht. Das Hotel liegt im Hinterhof und sieht aus wie eine Bauruine. Der Empfang war nett und uns wurden unsere 2 Zimmerkarten überreicht. Zuerst habe ich meine Bekannte zu Ihrem Zimmer gebracht und wir mussten feststellen, dass das Zimmer überhaupt nicht gemacht wurde. Dreck lag rum Betten nicht gemacht, Also zurück zur Rezeption. Das 2. Zimmer wurde nur oberflächlich gereinigt, wir wurden von dunklen langen Haaren und Schmutz auf dem Boden empfangen. Das Bett wurde nur wieder glatt gestrichen und nicht neu bezogen. Das finde ich am aller widerlichsten. Also wieder zur Rezeption mit der Bitte auszuchecken und die Rate zurück zu bekommen. Dies wurde abgelehnt und auf den Manager verwiesen. Das Personal machte sich eigentlich von dem Zeitpunkt an nur noch lustig über uns. Ich habe andere "Gäste" getroffen...es sind alle Zimmer dreckig. Es wird einfach nicht gereinigt. Ich habe daraufhin den Manager Herrn Bader angemailt. Es kam eine lieblose Nachricht zurück, dass nun nach meiner Beschwerde alles sauber ist. Völlig lächerlich und unglaubwürdig. Die Rate gab es trotzdem nicht zurück. Meiner Meinung wurde dieses Hotel völlig aufgegeben und wer drauf reinfällt selber Schuld. Die teilweise guten Bewertungen können nur fake sein.

Great location and good hotel for the price you pay. Not the best cleaning in room or pool. Looks half finished but overall its an valuable hotel for the money spent. Location is one of the best, close to all but off the main street.

Der pool mit 108 m läbge ist top. Aber leuder nur sonne bis ca. 15.00 wegeb uförmiger anordnung der Gebäude. Keine info bezgl. Frühstücksserrvice. Frühstück Qualität muss verbessert werden dringend. Würde Hotel ohne Frühstück wieder buchen. Hotel ist zu empfehlen für single reisende. Leider kein direkter strand vetfügbar nur via das dazu gehörende Hotel Blue Moon oder Lagoon.

Valuta for pengene på Teak Hotel

Hotellet er helt nytt og bare en del av rommene er ferdigstilt. Det er ikke noe problem, for selve rommet er stort, med stor balkong, stort og fint bad, gode senger, nytt og fint. Hotellet har veldig langt basseng og ligger flott plassert nær flott strand og gode restauranter og shopping. Kan trygt anbefales, selv om det ikke er fasiliteter som restaurant, bortsett fra frokost.

洗面所の水道は熱湯しか出ません。また、2つ部屋を借りましたが、片方は排水溝が詰まっており、部屋が水浸だしになります。シャワーの水圧は完璧で、お湯になるのも早かったです。部屋は綺麗です。

タオルが毎回足らなかった。フロントから部屋まで遠くて、部屋に電話がないため問い合わせするのにそれだけのために移動が大変だった。フロントの対応が最悪！！プールにシャワーがなく、衛生的にどうなんだろう？

Hotellet var nytt och fräscht. Poolen var jättestor med många stolar. Nära till havet, 1 min gång, samma sak med centrum. Rekommenderar verkligen hotellet, det enda var att hissen inte funkade och vi blev väckta av grannens tupp varje dag.

Service was excellent.

I have stayed at this hotel many times and good value although i would like to see hotel allow access to blue lagoon pool at no charge. The australian receptionist was an asset to hotel and helped with minor problems.

It was raining during our first night. When we turned on the A/C, water poured out of it. Not dripped. Poured. They were great and changed our room with no fuss, however. Now, the issues for both of the rooms that we had: There were stains on all of the bedding and towels. They were sanitized, but it's still a little gross. There was a super loud concert blaring very nearby until 1AM. You could also hear airplanes very easily through the room, as it's right next to the airport, but thankfully none fly at night. The light switches in the room make no sense :/ The reception desk is unmanned between 11PM and 7AM, which was very inconvenient when we had to return all the way to our room and leave our keycard in it.

There’s no facial tissue paper in the room. Overall the room is clean and spacious and hotel location is accessible to many restaurants and night life. Realised after I book the package of hotel and flights together through Expedia, the rate of the hotel is much higher than individually booked separately. Disappointed with Expedia. Thought supposed to be cheaper if book both hotel and flight together. Misrepresentation!

Don't stay this hotel. I was awaken at very early morning by the sudden noise coming from the next room. Young boys and girls of next room came back from the clubs, I guess. Huge sound of music and roud conversation and other things kept on and on, so I couldn't get back to sleep. I phoned to a hotel manager and security about the trouble but they were not willing to act. I phoned almost ten times before they finally come. My sleep had been disturbed almost two hours. But the hotel admitted no responsibility for the trouble. The manager forced me to pay full charge. Terrible. Really terrible hotel.

Das Teak Wing kann ich NICHT empfehlen da kein WLAN vorhanden ist, konnte aber nach Rücksprache mit dem Manager ins gegenüberliegende Blue Lagoon und das ist sehr zu empfehlen

Great rooms, great value for money.

Hotel design is a bit cold, could do with lots of plants around the place and seems that only half of it's in use but the rooms are superb, big and clean overlooking the ridiculously long pool. Great value for money and only 10 mins to mango and you can use the beach over the rood at the blue lagoon.

Do not come here!!! give only 1 key to the room, the rooms are fine but the long distance you will need to go is terrible about 300 Meters from the lobby to the room. All the trail from the street to the hotel looks like parking garage. The pool is very big and the rooms are good but that is the only thing good about this hotel. Do your selves a favor and do not come here.

Stora och fräscha rum med bra sängar Bra dusch o toa Stort pool Lugnt område (10-15min promenad from hjärtat på chawang) Gratis parkering Hotellet kommer inom snar framtid bli dyrare än vad den är idag. Ca 500kr/natt
