Unusual place right in the centre of town

Exactly as described with very comfortable beds. Right in the centre of town, which means it’s in a very crowded location. But the bed was fantastic and the air con amazing.

This hotel was as advertised, it was not pretentious. The bed is really comfortable. There is a little bit of funk to the design which gives it a warm feel.

attaccato ai divertimenti e spiaggia

il giudizio sull'albergo nel complesso è positivo. Non c'è il televisore in camera ma in effetti non è scritto tra i servizi solo che lo davo quasi per scontato visto come si presenta l'hotel. Camera ampia e spaziosa io ho soggiornato nella deluxe per poter fumare nel balcone; in realtà c'è un minuscolo terrazzino ma sufficiente solo che se piove non sei coperto. Condizionatore abbastanza rumoroso e secondo me non perfettamente funzionante; andava giorno e notte a 24 gradi senza mai fermarsi. Essendo in pieno centro si sentono i rumori dei locali vicini ma io ero in una stanza laterale e non ho avuto problemi (andavo anche a letto tardi). Buona pulizia della camera. Letto comodo. Personale disponibile h24 e discrezionale. Lo vedo più adatto per singoli.

Differenti and noce hotel cosa to the beach and ce

Hotel is noce and particolar. The beach is near and also the the center with Local and shop. Personnel is really kind and try to help you in everithing. Room really clean. Only thing there is no tv...thanks a lot to the staff for the nice staying. Giampiero

Hotel céntrico y cercano a todos los principales clubs de Samui. Tuve un pequeño incidente con mi ropa enviada a la lavandería, no obstante, el gerente del hotel amablemente se hizo responsable. Recomendable

Joyfull

A hotel with that little extra for adult persons who like to play. Second visit here. Now they have expanded with a restaurant Also. There was a israelisk club there before making terrible Noice. But now there is this werry Good restaurant instead. Staff as always kind and helpfull.

Nettes Hotel mit spezieller Ausstattung

Auf der Partymeile von Koi Samui etwas versteckt fast am Ende einer sehr dunklen dreckigen Gasse. Im unteren Bereich der Empfang im Nebenraum eine Disco die trotz keiner Besucher die Musik jede Nacht bis 3 auf höchster Lautstärke spielt. Wirklich nur für absolute Partygänger geeignet.

Sehr sauberes und gepflegtes Hotel mitten im Zentrum von Chaweng Beach. Aufmerksames Personal. Extravagante, sehr saubere Zimmer mit hochwertigen Betten. War bereits das 2. Mal dort und komme wieder.

Party hotel . Not for people who go to bed early

A bit overpriced for premium rooms. Very noisy from local nightclub and street noise. But you are in the middle of the action. Very hot if your room faces the sun. The air con cannot cope with heat nor humidity. There is no fridge and no TV. This is a hotel for adults. More geared for men to bring back their conquests. There is an adult swing in every room. This is not a family hotel. Get the picture. Housekeeping and reception staff were fantastic. Always a joy to deal with. . I can't say the same for the management. Just a bad vibe. Manageress quite rude and standoffish- might have been the heat and lack of business... Go figure...

The restourant under the hotel is being renovated now, so it basocaly means heavy noise during most hours of the day. We were put in a room right above a construction site. The noise was terrible. When we asked to move to another room, we were offered to upgrade for a more expensive room with a discount, only if we book atleast another night. So not only they put us in the worst possible room where you hear drilling and hammers all day, they tried to get us pay more. I gave them 2 starts only because at some point it looked like they were trying to help (which turned out to be wrong).

Clean, central, very loud, questionable service.

Whilst the hotel itself is very clean and modern, the noise is certainly an issue. The construction going on next door until late in the evening is the least of any noise concerns as the local nightclub behind the hotel will keep even the heaviest sleepers up until gone 2am. Most of the staff are very friendly and helpful. However, my room key (made of metal) snapped and I was made to feel like a criminal. I was quizzed by staff on 5 separate occasions as to why it had broken. I was told that CCTV would be reviewed to validate my story. For the rest of my stay I had to be escorted to my room each time I wanted to get in. This experience really let the hotel down. If you're in Sumui to party until the early hours, and have an interest in 'this kind' of hotel, then I'm sure it could be very suitable. Just hope that your key doesn't break!

We were at Pleasure Harbor as part of our honeymoon trip. The staff and management were extremely friendly and knowledgeable about the neighborhood. The location of the hotel puts it right next to the main nightlife street in Samui which is excellent if that's what you're looking for. Don't expect a traditional quiet hotel, you won't get a quiet night sleep. It's bustling, busy and very loud at night. The hotel bar, tended by Apple while we were there, was a great place to have a good drink and chat with the friendly managers and ever-smiling staff. The design and decor of the hotel is thoughtful and full of little things that make you smirk or smile appreciatively. We had a great experience while there and would highly recommend.

Good location, interesting vibe!

The hotel is right in the center of Chaweng, which is good for partying however is pretty loud from the room if you want to take the night easy. Concept of the hotel is pretty cool however the room could use a little more lighting (st least in the bathroom).

Want to have fun and enjoy? This is your hotel!

I travel a lot, I spend 60-80 days a year in hotels. I must say that at Pleasure Harbour staff did excellent job, I have never felt so welcome when checking in to any hotel (especially in Thailand). Their "pleasure" theme for adults showing on photos first made me bit uneased, but mut after I arrived I noticed that it was just merely a design angle and a good one. PHB is located in the middle of Chaweng Beach nightlife, and it's only 5 minutes walk to the beach on the other side of main street. My 8 days stay was absolutely great, thanks to superb international management team this hotel have! Only negative thing what comes to my mind was misplaced photos at Hotels.com site, those photos are showing a swimming pool what this hotel does not have. Also site's google map link was pointing to totally wrong location on Chaweng, luckily I have been there many times and and was able to tell taxi the correct location.

Affordable and convenient

Very friendly staff and owner. Room was basic but comfortable, no TV. Great location for nightlife as you will hear the party outside all night long. Room walls are very thin, can hear talking in next room. A group of Indian men decided to have a party until 530am both nights I was there. Very very close to shopping and Ark Bar on Chaweng. A pleasant stay and the lobby lounge is GREAT to hang out at. LOVE the hotel decor

Great Location Right in the Heart of Beach Rd!

First I need to say that the owners are awesome and they constantly greet you and ask how your trip is going and offer to help when they can. We asked them for a Kettle to make hot water for coffee/tea, and had it the next morning. The rooms are nice and the air conditioner works great! The shower is HOT and works great, but as someone else pointed out, the reset button for the hot water is pretty high up there. If your short then its not easy to press it, its good I have some height. The beds are equipped with handcuffs and there is a sex swing in every room, very interesting I never saw that before. The rooms are cleaned daily and new towels, etc. The rooms don't have phones, so you need to go downstairs with any issue. The rooms are noisy until 2:30am when the music stops, you need to be a good sleeper. Its a trade off if you want to be in the HEART of the action. I mean really your in the middle of everything. You just walk out of the hotel and all of the clubs and restaurants are right there. We ate at Kao San across the street and Ark Bar is perfect for breakfast and of course to party at night. Ark bar is across the street. All in all I would highly recommend the hotel to others and I am sure to stay there again! Thanks for a great stay!!
