The electricity cost depends mostly on Aircon usage so please consider this and the environment when staying in the villa. The electricity charge at 6.5 THB per unit and water charge at 0.50 THB per unit.

5. Deposit :
A refundable security deposit of THB 5,000 is required in cash at check-in.
