4 Bedroom Seaview Tropical Eco-friendly Villa

The Green Villa has been designed by the Award-winning Architect firm “Neoconcept” which won in the past first and second price of the Best Villa Architectural Design Award. Its design is derived from a contemporary Asian style with a combination of natural and modern materials.

The architect had a lot of thought to make this retreat a place of peace and tranquillity for relaxation and an eco-friendly paradise designed to ensure its impact on the natural environment to be as low as possible and to lessen its carbon footprint. Solar panels on the roof are providing around 60% of the Villa needs in electricity.

The Green Villa with its more than 700 sq. meters of living area, offers spacious living environment with a large place to natural lights and luxurious flora that runs throughout the property. It includes five spacious and stylish ensuite bedrooms and a kids room with 4 beds.

Fully equipped gym room and a magnificent 15 metre infinity edge swimming pool lined with Emerald Bali’s stone including a pool bar where you can enjoy the stunning and uninterrupted sea views. In addition, a shaded Sala, a sundeck and three entertainment rooftops, one with external cinema, the second one with a unique fireplace and the third one with an outdoor pool table. Wireless internet (high speed fiber) is available throughout the Villa.

One of the only private “Green” Villas on the Island:

The Award-winning Architect firm “Neoconcept” (first and second price of the Best Villa Architectural Design Award in the past) has designed the Villa to let in as much natural light as possible.

To reduce water use, personal deep wells avoid delivery by trucks and no single-use plastic-all in the Villa, replaced by an atmospheric water generator providing 30 litres per day of 100% pure, drinking water. Detergents used are certified organic. The garden on-site produces natural fresh herbs with free use by our guests.

In order to be conservative with your electric use, we expect you only use the air conditioner when you are in the room and the doors and windows are all closed. Running the air-conditioning excessively is bad for the environment. Each room has a ceiling fan as a more eco-friendly and economic option.

All coffins of the Villa, both internal and external area, are made in @dralon, a synthetic fiber produced in Germany under the most advanced and gentle conditions, which contribute to the solution of environmental problems. For the production of a ton of dralon acrylic fiber, water needed is 5000 times less than what is requested for cotton production and the emissions balance is also pretty impressive. The carbon footprint showed a CO2 balance which is significantly below the international industry average.

Facilities and Services:

A daily Maid (in-house living in a separate place) is included within 8 hours per day, 6 days per week.

The Green villa consists of 3 levels (Lower Level, Middle pool and entrance Level and the Master bedroom at the Upper Level).

The Middle Entrance level features a fully equipped kitchen with breakfast bar and a formal dining area that seats 14 guests very comfortably. The living area, facing the sea with its 7 meters high ceiling, has a portable JBL stereo system and comfortable sofas to laze around on if it gets too hot outside, and has an enormous sun deck with loungers. The covered “sala” alongside the pool and the poolside bar are the heart of the villa and or watching connected TV (including NETFLIX). There are as multiple seating and dining spaces here to relax and read a book or to enjoy your meal. This level contains Bedroom 2 and 3 at the front of the villa.

For those who want to be more quiet, a few steps along the poolside lead to a large sundeck equipped with parasols and resting mattresses.

The Lower Level features Bedrooms 4 and 5 as well as the kids room, all facing the sea.

The Upper level features a magnificent Master bedroom with its private giant terrace, which also includes a shaded outdoor massage room, allowing you to call a qualified masseuse and partner of the Villa to enjoy a Thai massage, out of sight and quietly, while looking at the endless sea.

Each of the six bedrooms at the Green Villa features an ensuite bathroom, air conditioning, ceiling fans, and a TV. Three of them, including the Master Bedroom, enjoys a tub beside a sea-view window.
