We arrived at 1.30pm for check in but the room wasnt ready and will be delayed past the check in time so the staff let us wait by the restaurant and enjoy the complimentary food or drink. "I love the tropical design, the massage tech at the pool. They could improve their service by turning on the AC available by the time guests arrive at the pier. With the extreme heat in Phi Phi it would be a huge help. The beach in front of hotel is less than desirable. Dirty and slippery at the bottom of the beach. Weird! But thats none of the staffs fault. "
