Me and my spouse loved our stay here. The staff so sweet and catering it was super big, luxurious and comfortable. I would not want to stay anywhere else in Phuket. This place gets 10 stars in my book. Thank you to everyone here that made our trip so special and memorable. Will be returning

Benz and Ali at the desk were more than helpful. The comforter on our bed had a make up stain from a previous user. The comforter itself had been cleaned. Wish pool area offered bar service.

I booked this property as a Expedia Gold member for the VIP room upgrade. I was advised there is no rooms available to upgrade, however a quick search online showed they had 3 rooms available! Very shifty and money hungry. They should not join the Expedia VIP program if they have no intention of participating. I wouldn’t of booked this hotel had I known I won’t be afforded my benefits.
