New Wellness Apartment with Sauna, Private Terrace, Balcony, and Wi-Fi

The apartment is located on the top floor and can be accessed barrier-free by lift, including directly from the underground garage. The residential building with only 9 units was completed in early 2026. Thanks to its location by the spa gardens, you enjoy an exceptionally peaceful environment, excellent air quality (certified health resort and Kneipp spa), and a close-to-nature atmosphere. Everything you need is within walking distance—shopping street with cafés, bakery, pharmacy, post office, as well as various shops and supermarkets. Restaurants, an outdoor pool, tennis court, mini golf, and a golf course can also be reached on foot. On summer evenings, take a stroll through the nearby squirrel forest, where you can relax or try Kneipp therapy.
